Scheduling a Make-up Just Got Easier!

Are you getting ready for a summer vacation? Let us know of the absence and schedule your make up lesson in advance!

Let us know you can't make your lesson by recording on the parent portal, stopping at the front desk, or giving us a call to check off what day you will miss.

Once you schedule what day you will miss, a make-up voucher will be added to your account. Schedule your make-up right away or use on a later date. Your voucher is valid for 3 months and can be scheduled up to a week in advance.

Did You Know...

If your swimmer has a favorite teacher you can also search their availablity right from your parent portal and schedule a makeup with them!

We very much appreciate your notification in advance of planned absences, but know that things can be unpredictable with little ones. As always, there is no penalty if you need to miss a class without notice due to illness or any other reason, and each enrolled swimmer can receive one make-up voucher per month.
