Our Junior Team program is specially designed for swimmers looking to refine stroke technique while building endurance. The goal is to introduce the skills needed for a competitive swim team while still in a lesson setting. Swimmers are required to have a basic understanding of freestyle as well as instructor approval before starting Junior Team. Swimmers may attend Junior Team up to 4 times per week and practices are 50 minutes long. Your Junior Teamer has the flexibility to sign-up for a 30-minute lesson during our lessons times or a practice from the times listed below. They may also sign-up for a combination of a 30-minute lesson time and a 50-minute practice. (Max student to coach ratio is 6:1)
