BRONZE LEVEL:

The Bronze group is for swimmers who have graduated out of lessons and are ready to take on the challenge of competitive swimming. The purpose of the Bronze group is to expand swimmers’ knowledge of the four competitive strokes, flip turns, and racing dives while building endurance and HAVING FUN. Swimmers are encouraged to come to as many practices as possible and participate in the USA Swimming sanctioned meets that we attend as a team.

  4x per week
Practice attendance:  optional
Swim Meets:  optional

 Silver Level

SILVER LEVEL:

Swimmers continue to work on all aspects of competitive swimming with an increase in intensity during practices. Swimmers will learn how to watch the clock, complete sets, and swim as a team. The goal of this program is to ready swimmers for the added work that will be expected of them on the Gold Team. Getting ready for the Gold Team requires swimmers to have a full knowledge of all the competitive strokes as well as experience in swim meets.
Practices offered:
4x per week
Practice attendance: 2x per week (recommended)
Swim Meets: 1x per season (recommended)

GOLD LEVEL:

For those swimmers who have mastered all four strokes and are ready for high intensity training. Swimmers should be ready to commit to attending at least three of the five practices a week and participate in as many meets as possible. Swimmers should be ready to take their swimming to the next level by working toward Regional and State Championship qualification times. Coach’s approval is required for participation in the Gold Group.
