Jessica grew up in South Carolina, where every summer day was spent at the pool. When she was 4 years old she couldn’t wait to join the community swim team, and she is now very excited to have the opportunity to pass on this enthusiasm as an instructor with Big Blue! Jessica took the positive experiences from her time on a swim team and went on to play varsity soccer for Spartanburg High School. After high school, she continued to play a number of different intramural sports at Northwestern University, where she is currently finishing her degree in Anthropology. She loves working with children and seeing their creativity emerge from learning new skills, and she will make every lesson enjoyable for all!
